- Qualifications for returns and exchanges
To qualify for returns and exchanges, the product must meet the following conditions:
Time requirement: Apply within 14 days from the date you receive the product.
Product status: The product must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All original labels (such as shoe box labels, clothing tags) must be intact and remain attached.
Packaging intact: The product should be returned to its original packaging (such as a shoe box), and the packaging box should be kept intact and undamaged. The shoe box itself is considered a part of the product, please keep it properly.
Purchase voucher: Please provide the original order number or valid proof of purchase.
The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Due to hygiene reasons, personal accessories such as earrings.
Products that have been clearly marked as “clearance area”, “final discount” or “special discount”.
- Return and exchange process
Please follow the steps below to apply for a return or exchange:
Contact us: Within the return and exchange period, please first send an email [email protected] Contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Waiting for instructions: Our customer service will review your application, confirm that it meets the conditions, and send you a detailed return address and specific operation guide.
Return the goods: Please use a courier company with tracking services to safely return the goods to the address we provided. Please make sure to keep your shipping receipt until the entire process is completed.
- Freight responsibility
Return: If the return is due to quality issues with the product itself or our mistake (such as sending the wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is due to your personal reasons (such as changing your mind, size mismatch, etc.), you will need to bear the shipping cost of returning the goods to us.
Exchange: For exchanges caused by our own reasons, we will bear the round-trip shipping cost. For exchanges requested due to personal reasons, the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by you.
- Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the item you returned, and confirm that it meets the criteria for return or exchange, we will initiate a refund within 7 working days.
The refund will be returned to your original payment method. The arrival time may vary depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment service provider, typically requiring an additional 5-10 working days.
Please note that the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded.

If you wish to change to a different size or color, please specify when contacting us. Exchange will be subject to inventory availability. If your required item is out of stock, we will arrange a refund for you.
