We are committed to safely and efficiently delivering your favorite products to your hands after you place your order. Please carefully read the following policies to understand our delivery process, fees, and scope.

  1. Delivery area and time

We currently deliver goods to multiple countries and regions around the world through our cooperative international and local courier service providers. The estimated order processing and delivery time is as follows:

Order processing: All orders will be reviewed and ready for shipment within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time: The delivery time starts counting from the time the order is placed, depending on your region:

Local Hong Kong: Expected 3-5 working days.

Chinese Mainland and major regions in Asia: 5-10 working days.

North America, Europe, Australia and other regions: expected to take 7-15 working days.

Please note: The above is an estimated time, and uncontrollable factors such as holidays and customs clearance may cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  1. Transportation costs

We do not offer free shipping service: Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free shipping discounts. The transportation costs for all orders will be calculated separately based on the weight, volume, and delivery destination of the goods.

Cost calculation: The shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed in the total order amount at your checkout, and you can confirm it before final payment.

  1. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a “shipping notification” email to your registered email address containing the tracking number and logistics tracking link. You can access real-time tracking of your package’s location through this link.

  1. Receipt and signing for goods

Please ensure that the shipping address you provided is accurate and correct. Any additional fees, package returns or losses caused by incorrect address or lack of signature will be borne by the sender.

We suggest that you check your package promptly. Before signing for the package, if serious damage or moisture is found on the outer packaging, please make sure to indicate it on the delivery note or immediately contact the courier to verify the situation.

  1. Customs duties and import taxes

For international orders (outside of Hong Kong), there may be customs duties, taxes, or related import fees in the destination country. These costs are fully borne by the consignee. Aurathroe is unable to estimate and control such costs, please be informed before purchasing.
